The book also includes 4 games from the women's World Championship, held alongside the Olympiad and won by Vera Menchik.

Other notable Olympiad participants included World Champion Alexander Alekhine, Savielly Tartakower, Frank Marshall and Mir Sultan Khan. The book contains approximately 181 illustrations and 167 diagrams.
