One of the key factors for improving at chess is to study chess tactics and a lot of it.
This volume features 400+ brand new tactical puzzles, varying in difficulty from relatively easy to industrial strength difficult.
For each puzzle, you are initially only told how difficult the puzzle is (on a scale from 1-5) and who is to move. Then, for those who are having a hard time with the puzzles, a hint will be given.
The solutions are annotated and frequently the most commonly mistaken solution attempts will be mentioned as well.
The puzzles are taken from master games from the first half of 2020 and therefore most or all should be unfamiliar to the solver.
