The INTRODUCTION is taken mainly from the earlier book. The names Evans or Smith are in front of the paragraphs written by each. The CHAPTER TITLE and LESSON or COMMENT BEFORE THE GAME is by Grandmaster Larry Evans. The ANNOTATIONS TO THE GAMES are by Ken Smith assisted by the research and help of the Editor, John Hall.
